Stay Hydrated: Water is your best friend on this weight loss journey. Besides quenching your thirst, it helps you feel full and aids digestion. Keep a water bottle handy and make it a habit to sip throughout the day. Your body needs on average 1/2 of your body weight in oz. If you're drinking that much water or even more and you still feel dehydrated then you might be lacking minerals. A simple way you can get the minerals your body needs to stay hydrated is CELTIC SEA SALT. Super simple, just put one granule under your tongue before you drink water. Make it a habit to get those restful Zzz's for at least 7-9 hours each night. 6. Plan Your Meals: Planning your meals ahead of time can save you from impulsive, unhealthy food choices. Make a weekly meal plan, and prep your ingredients in advance. This habit also saves you time and money! 7. If we want to stay focused, energized, and productive we have to make some changes to the crap that we eat. It's not always so easy and is very often overwhelming and frustrating, especially if you have children. Getting High protein foods and snacks in our lives is not always as simple as it sounds. Our diet is one of the most crucial factors contributing to our overall well-being and performance. By cultivating the habit of eating better and healthier options, we can fuel our bodies for success. In this blog post, we'll explore the importance of making nutritious food choices and provide delicious and easy-to-make recipes that will help you stay on track, because let's face it, if it's not easy it isn't getting done! HERE Step 1: Set a Consistent Sleep Schedule Determine the time you need to wake up each morning and work backward to set a consistent bedtime that allows for 7-9 hours of sleep. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends, to regulate your body's internal clock. Step 2: Create a Relaxing Pre-Bedtime Routine Establish a calming pre-sleep routine to signal to your body that it's time to wind down. About 1-2 hours before bed, engage in relaxing activities such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, deep breathing, or gentle stretching. Get into your word. "Meditate on my word day and night.."
